Sara Bronin

Bronin is an architect, attorney, and professor who founded the National Zoning Atlas and the National Preservation Atlas, and has written several books and treatises on land use law, including Key to the City: How Zoning Shapes Our World.

Scott Markley

Dr. Markley ís a data scientist and geographer who established the geospatial protocols for the National Zoning Atlas and leads its research team. He has also created several peer-reviewed, open-access urban datasets.

Robby is an evidence-based policy expert who specializes in land use matters. Among other engagements, he has worked in a nonprofit organization helping to lead an affordable housing advocacy effort and has conducted research for a regional planning agency.
